WOW! Peter Obi – I Won 2023 Presidential Election, I Have Proof Yakubu, Ex-INEC Chairman Worked Against Me

Former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has renewed his claim that he won Nigeria’s 2023 presidential election, alleging that the process was deliberately influenced against him.
According to Obi’s interview video , he reportedly made the claim while reflecting on the disputed 2023 election and the role played by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) under its then chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu.
According to Obi, the results announced by INEC did not accurately represent the votes cast by Nigerians. He further alleged that Yakubu worked against his electoral victory and maintained that he has evidence to support his position.
The former Anambra State governor has consistently maintained since the 2023 election that the process was flawed and that his mandate was not properly reflected in the final results.
INEC declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) the winner of the February 25, 2023 presidential election with 8,794,726 votes. Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) came second with 6,984,520 votes, while Obi finished third with 6,101,533 votes.
Obi challenged the outcome through legal channels, insisting at the time that he and his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, had won the election and would pursue legal and peaceful means to reclaim what they described as their mandate.
The Presidential Election Petition Court, however, upheld Tinubu’s victory in September 2023, while subsequent legal proceedings failed to overturn the result.
Obi has nevertheless continued to maintain that the 2023 election did not reflect the true choice of Nigerian voters. In a more recent interview, he again answered affirmatively when asked whether he believed he had won the election and whether the figures had been manipulated against him.
His latest allegation involving Yakubu is likely to reignite debate over the conduct of the 2023 presidential election, the credibility of Nigeria’s electoral system and the responsibilities of electoral officials.
