TOUCHING! Bandits Release Video Of a Kidnapped Nigerian Soldier Begging for Help as Family ‘Sells All Properties’ to Raise Ransom

A kidnapped Nigerian security officer has reportedly appealed for urgent help after his family allegedly sold off their properties in a desperate attempt to raise money demanded by his abductors.
In the video   , the officer whose identity was not immediately disclosed, is said to have been held captive by kidnappers who are demanding a ransom for his release.
In a distressing account, the victim reportedly pleaded with the authorities, colleagues, friends and members of the public to assist his family in securing his freedom. His appeal has reportedly heightened concerns over the growing impact of kidnapping on security personnel and their families.
According to reports surrounding the incident, the officer’s family has been struggling to meet the kidnappers’ demands and has allegedly disposed of valuable properties to raise the required ransom. Despite their efforts, the family is reportedly still facing financial difficulties as they continue to seek a way to secure his release.
The development has renewed concerns about the dangers faced by security personnel in Nigeria, particularly those working in areas affected by kidnapping and other forms of insecurity.
Kidnapping for ransom remains a major security challenge in parts of the country, with victims and their families often facing enormous emotional, financial and psychological pressure. Families are sometimes forced to borrow money, sell assets or seek assistance from relatives and community members when abductors demand large sums.
The circulating video  of the officer’s reported plea for help has also sparked calls for authorities to intensify efforts to rescue kidnapped security personnel and other victims while bringing those responsible for such crimes to justice.
As concerns continue to mount, there are growing appeals for urgent intervention to ensure the officer returns safely to his family.
Authorities have yet to publicly provide full details about the reported abduction, including the victim’s exact location, the identity of the abductors or whether any ransom has been paid.
The priority, however, remains the safe recovery of the kidnapped officer and the protection of his family from further hardship.
